Location: Near Motorway M1/M2 and New Islamabad Airport

Scope of Work:
UCH is providing continued consultancy services for town planning, building construction, landscape design, site development supervision and infrastructure services design of Khudadad City (Airport Enclave). Our Services include: 

  • Revision / Extension of Master / Layout Plan covering over 2,450 Kanal Land that now stands approved by the Client.
  • Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures to effectively manage development work at site. 
  • Have prepared Parking Plans, Sub-Division & Amalgamation Plans that are approved by RDA.
  • Prepared landscape design of six Parks and Playgrounds and main roads with modern horticulture services.
  • Prepared Infrastructure Design for Submission to RDA.
